Setgo is building the software and the structure that coaching in Lebanon has never had. We take nothing from the people you already coach. We charge once, and only when we bring you someone new.
There is one arrangement and every coach on Setgo is on it. It does not improve with volume and it cannot be negotiated up by being early.
The people you already coach stay yours. Setgo takes nothing from them, this year or any year. If you leave, they leave with you.
When Setgo brings you someone new, we take roughly 15% of that first paid relationship, capped at around one session's value. After that it is zero on that client, permanently. We charge for making the introduction, not for the years after it.
If you deliver sessions on a Setgo programme, Setgo pays you per delivered session. This is a founding term for the pilot and it is money coming to you, not a cut coming off you.
Setgo OS is the software for your day to day work: sessions, attendance, clients, money. Coaches delivering Setgo programmes use it at no cost.
Not now. The form asks for none of this, because handing documents to a website before a person has read your name is the wrong order. This is what we will ask for later, so you can decide now whether you want to start.
A national ID card or passport. We match it to the person on the profile and we do not publish it.
Becomes: Identity verified
A photo of each certificate you list. We check that the certificate names you. If a qualification is in progress, say so and we record it as in progress.
Becomes: Qualifications reviewed
Two people who have worked with you or been coached by you, with a phone number. We call them ourselves and we record what they say.
Becomes: References completed
Required for work with children, strongly encouraged for everyone. It expires on its own date and returns to not current until you renew it.
Becomes: First aid current
Not a document you upload. It is a session you complete with Setgo covering the code of conduct, the two-adult rule for sessions with children, no private messaging with a minor, controlled pickup, and how an incident is recorded and escalated.
Becomes: Safeguarding completed
Two authorized adults are present for every Setgo session with children, there is no private messaging between a coach and a minor, and pickup is controlled. These are conditions of working with children on Setgo, not preferences. Child safety comes before commercial convenience, every time.

Your details go to Setgo and nowhere else. We do not sell them, we do not publish them, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
In order. Where we can put a time on it, we have. Where we cannot, we have said so rather than invent one.
Not a filter and not a score. Someone at Setgo reads what you wrote and replies either way, including when the answer is no.
We commit to replying within five working days.
About twenty minutes, on the phone or on WhatsApp. We ask how you actually run a session and you ask us anything about the deal.
Booked with you, at a time you choose.
Identity, qualifications and references. Each check has its own state and you can see all three from your coach area while they move. We do not show a check as done until it is done.
Depends on how fast your references pick up the phone.
Safeguarding and a current first aid certificate are required before you appear in any result a parent is filtering. This one is not negotiable and it is not waived for anybody.
Your portrait, your line, your disciplines, your price. You edit it yourself, without asking us, from your coach area.
Delivering a Setgo programme needs every check above plus one session observed by us. It is optional. Plenty of coaches will only ever want their own clients and the introductions.
Setgo is opening its coach list now. We are not going to tell you how many coaches have applied or how many were accepted, because publishing numbers we have not earned is exactly the thing we are trying not to build.
