Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Setgo. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Bookings: Credits are purchased in advance and used to pay for sessions. Cancellations made at least 24h before a session are refunded in full. Coach cancellations always result in a full refund.

Conduct: Harassment, fraudulent behavior, or off-platform circumvention is not tolerated and may result in account termination.

Liability: Setgo is a marketplace. Coaches are independent operators. Setgo is not responsible for the outcome of individual sessions.

Payouts: Coaches receive weekly payouts to Whish, OMT, or a Lebanese bank account, net of the platform commission tied to their tier.

Disputes: Users have 48h after the scheduled session to file a dispute. Setgo reviews and resolves within 5 business days.

Governing law: Lebanese law. Disputes are settled in Beirut courts.
