For the last six years I watched friends sign up to gyms they never visited, pay for sessions they never used, and quit programs three weeks in. Not because they lacked discipline. Most of them were the most disciplined people I know. They quit because the system around them was disposable. The coach didn't follow up. The progress wasn't tracked. The next session was forgotten.
